When stress, sadness, or overwhelm shows up, it can be difficult to remember what helps us feel grounded.

A Comfort Menu is a personalized list of healthy choices you can turn to when you need care and support.

Divide your menu into four areas:

Mental: Activities that calm your thoughts, such as baking, reading, journaling, or meal prepping.

Emotional: Healthy ways to honor your feelings, such as crying, calling a close friend, or listening to music.

Spiritual: Practices that reconnect you with your faith and purpose, such as prayer, Bible study, meditation, or worship music.

Physical: Comforting ways to care for your body, such as getting a manicure or massage, relaxing in a hammock, or taking a warm bath.

Your Comfort Menu is a reminder that comfort can be intentional, healthy, and deeply personal. Keep it somewhere visible and return to it whenever you need a little extra care.

You deserve comfort. You deserve care. You are worth choosing.
